Week 9-I AM…Whole, Perfect, Strong, Powerful, Loving, Harmonious and Happy!

OK so I am gonna ask every one of this years MKMMA members, Mark, Davene, and all the guides to stop reading and take a second to congratulate yourselves on all the work you have done. We have all made some great strides in the first trimester and we have accomplished some things that we intended and some that we never even thought of, myself included. So go ahead and take a dance break…

OK now that you have celebrated yourselves, really let it sink in just how awesome you are. Some of us had never ever even imagined doing some of the things we have done and look at you now your blogging, sharing, communicating and accomplishing things that you thought were in your very distant future. Or not even possible! So congrats!

Mark, Davene and our wonderful guides you guys are so awesome! I mean really, I had no idea of what to expect and already you guys have gained so much of my love and respect. I am so grateful that you exist in the same world as me and have given all of us in participation this year HOPE! I send every single one of my new MKMMA family, love, hugs and many blessings!

This week I get to visualize my future life as a service to others and this is so unspeakably awesome. It feels like God went inside my chest and touched my heart with just the right amount of desire to fill me up even more. Every time I speak out loud or silently, I Am Whole, Perfect, Strong, Powerful, Loving, Harmonious and Happy, I get so full in my heart and soul. I don’t know how else to explain it but I Am that I Am! Amazing week so far! Love you all and to those of you in the United States celebrating Thanksgiving…Happy Thanksgiving!

  1. Denise, I’m so happy for! Your saying “I get so full in my heart and soul” reminded me of how we stuff our turkey before cooking it and after our Thanksgiving feast, we all pull away from the table feeling pleasantly stuffed ourselves. Yes, perceiving our lives as service to others gives us innumerable reasons to spring out of bed each morning. May each day bring you a cornucopia of blessings!

  2. 3 Tomatoes are walking down the street. Momma Tomato, Papa Tomato & Baby Tomato. Now Baby Tomato keeps lagging behind and Papa Tomato get mad and walks back and squished Baby Tomato and says, “Catch up!” So Catch up!
